My Huggles - A Journey of Love, Emotion and Loneliness

Becoming a mum is an incredible experience that brings waves of emotions, from joy and love to loneliness and a lot of struggles. I understand these emotions first-hand and wanted to provide support and motivation to mothers on their journey and to celebrate the deep love and connection between mother and child. So, I created a brand that did just that.

My journey began when I became a mum, I experienced a complete detachment from my son. I couldn’t understand why I didn’t the feel the connection that I was supposed to, and I often wondered if something was wrong with me. I struggled with the loneliness that accompanied this new role, and the day-to-day tasks became very difficult to manage. However, as I navigated through the ups and downs of motherhood, I soon found comfort in snuggling with my son. I finally started to connect and bond with him, which developed into love and showering him with affection. I realised that the simple act of hugging my son could ease my worries and fears, and as a result it created a deep connection between us both.

Soon after my daughter was born and my love for hugging and snuggling with my children inspired me to create My Huggles, a brand that celebrates the joys of cuddling and bonding. The logo itself was also inspired by my children. ‘Huggles’ was the word my son would say when he wanted to embrace with me and my daughter absolutely adores bunnies, hence these were the key elements from which the logo was formed.

I hope that My Huggles can quickly become a beloved brand among parents and children alike; creating a community that celebrates the beauty of motherhood and the importance of connection. I also hope that my passion for hugging and snuggling will inspire others to embrace the power of touch and create deeper connections with their children.

My Huggles is more than just a brand; it's a reflection of the strengths of motherhood and the joy it brings.
